Performance Characteristics: This machine is applicable to the press process of plastic materials, such as blanking, bending, flanging and thin sheet stretch, It's also applicable to correcting, press fitting, grinding wheel molding, cold extrusion metal parts molding, and pressing molding of plastic products and powder products. This machine has independent power mechanism and electrical system, with integrated button to control them, able to realize three operation modes of adjustable, manual operation and semi-automatic. The work pressure, pressing speed and stroke extent of the machine can be adjusted according to process need. Two process modes of fixed pressure molding and fixed time molding can be completed. For process mode of fixed pressure molding, there are actions of pressure maintaining and automatic return on time delay after pressing. Besides the above mentioned functions, the ejector ofYQ32 Four-column Hydraulic Press has functions of ejecting, time delaying and automatic backout. Low power consumption and high airtightness, which reduce production cost. Simple structure and easy to operate.
